- The Welcome Package-The ABA distributes “welcome packages” to all new residents of Valley Springs, so they quickly become familiar with our local businesses. We need from you 200 copies of your advertisement, promotion, coupons, etc,. on a 8 1/2 x 11 paper, preferably unfolded. Use front and back if you wish. Brochures are also allowed. There is no additional cost. You must be a current ABA member in order to participate. Take your advertisement to Don Urbanus at the Rising Sun Nursery They are 4 miles west of Valley Springs on Hwy 12 and just 1/4 mile west of Burson Road.
