RULES
- Vendors must provide all necessary supplies for their space including: 10 x 10 or 12 x 12 tent; tables, chairs, etc.
- Vendors may start setting up at 8:30am; must be ready by 10:30 pm.
- Chili Cook Off site is the Vets Park behind Valley Springs Elementary School.
- Please be set up until at least 3pm.
FEES
Vendor forms accepted on a first come first served basis. Entry fee is $20 per Vendor. Non-refundable payment can be made up to July 15, 2012; after that space is not guaranteed.

ENTRY RULES
Rule No. 1: Cook lots of good chili
Rule No. 2: Have a sample ready by 12:30pm for tasting
Rule No. 3: No alcohol given by contestants. There will be booths
with refreshments and a cornbread/dessert auction!
Also…
- Bring crock pots and long extension cords and/or propane burners
- Contestants must provide all necessary ingredients and supplies for their space including: 10 x 10 tent; tables, chairs, etc. Some table/chairs will be available, specify if needed.
- Contestants may start setting up at 8:30am – judging at 1 pm
- Contestants may dress-up their tables/ decorate with signs and props for most creative presentation.
- Valley Springs Chili Cook Off provides tasting bowls, napkins, and spoons.
-Judges will pick 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place. Winners will receive trophy and braggin’ rights. There will be a Peoples’ Choice for best over-all. People’s Choice is chosen by how many tickets are deposited in a specified cup at contestant’s booth. More Info that day.
